Initially its as simple as sending an incident photo by text message to our control centre which is then instantly distributed to all other members of the pubwatch scheme.

Behind the instant messaging platform, however, there is a powerful analytical database application which allows police and pubwatch members to build a detailed photographic history of drink related incidents and help to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
